Barbarian Guide for Uber Lilith in Diablo 4 Season 3

Challenge: Uber Lilith is much harder this season due to changes in her second phase (no more skipping homing missiles).

Goal: Achieve 100% season completion by defeating Uber Lilith.

Preparation:

1. Movement Speed: Max out movement speed on boots (26%), amulet (26%), Swiftness passive (12%), and Slaughter aspect (20%). Sacrifice Banished Lord’s Talisman if needed.
2. Damage & Life: Focus solely on +damage stats and +life for Overpower damage. Resistances and armor won’t save you from one-shot missiles.
3. Evade: Optional, but consider boots with +3 evade charges. Avoid Juggernaut aspect.
4. HotA Build: Ensure your HotA build comfortably nukes Duriel. Uber uniques are not essential but helpful.

Step-by-Step Fight:

Phase 1:

1. Cast Rallying Cry and War Cry before Lilith lands.
2. Spin Whirlwind to stack damage buffs.
3. Use HotA to attempt a one-shot kill (2-3 quick shots might work).
4. If unsuccessful, kill summoned minions quickly before attacking Lilith again. Dodge her landing wave attack.

Phase 2:

1. Repeat Phase 1 attack strategy to get Lilith to 1% health.
2. Immediately run to the top left corner and stand in the designated circle.

The Hard Part:

1. Lilith spawns blood blisters (placement varies).
2. She flies north, casting a flame blanket attack. Blisters shoot projectiles.
3. Use Leap to jump over projectiles directly across to the right circle.
4. Run clockwise around the arena (flame blanket should dissipate).
5. Repeat steps 2-4 when Lilith flies east and west (use remaining corners).
6. In the final phase with fewer blisters, improvise your movements to avoid remaining projectiles.

Pro Tip: The toughest part is the early Phase 2 chaos. Once you grasp the dodging pattern, the final kill is less challenging.
