- MP-52 Starscream Version 2.0 is the latest and most updated version of Starscream, released in 2023. It has a more cartoon-accurate appearance, a new head sculpt, more articulation, and a variety of accessories, such as blast effects, alternate faces, and a Megatron gun.
- MPM-10 Starscream is based on the live-action movie version of Starscream, released in 2020. It has a realistic F-22 Raptor jet mode, a detailed robot mode, and a rotating missile rack. It also comes with a buzz saw and a grappling hook.
- MPM-10R Starscream Revenge is a repaint of MPM-10 Starscream, with a darker color scheme and battle damage effects. It is inspired by the scene in Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, where Starscream fights Optimus Prime in the forest.
- MP-3 Starscream is the first Masterpiece version of Starscream, released in 2006. It has a realistic jet mode, but a less accurate robot mode. It also has a lot of kibble and visible screws. It comes with a display stand, a crown, and a cape.
